Hi there, my name is Regan Malcolm and I'm glad you're here!
I grew up in Port Perry Ontario and that's where we raised my 4 boys and 2 step daughters.
We're also very proud Grandparents to Layla & Noah.
While my boys were younger, I was fortunate enough to stay home with them. For a bit of extra money, I ran a daycare from our home. Once the boys got older, I worked in a daycare center.
I decided that I needed a change of pace and got a position as a receptionist at a local Insurance company. There, I had the absolute best boss, who encouraged me to get my Insurance broker's license. I did and I successfully sold insurance for 2 years. But I found that sitting at a desk just wasn't for me.
From there I worked part time at our family run, Auto Repair shop in Nestleton. I helped hold down the fort until my step daughter finished her business admin course at college. She then joined the team as the 3rd generation Malcolm to run the business.
While working at the shop, we got our first Golden Doodle, Delilah. Our customers LOVED her and joked that if she ever had puppies, they wanted one.
I decided to look into what was involved in breeding, I did tons of research and took several courses online. Once I felt like I had a good foundation, I embarked into the breeding world.
And I haven't looked back!! I absolutely LOVE doing what I do, its so rewarding. There's no better feeling than placing a new puppy into a loving family's arms.
I've made some lifelong friends along the way and I can't wait to see what my future brings!!
One thing I know is, it will include raising healthy, happy puppies!!!
